Is NEXUS free to use?

Yes! The Scavenger tier is completely free. You can browse the shop, use the casino, manage friends, and access basic features. Premium features like the Live Map and Storage require a paid membership tier.

How do I earn Asura Points?

Points are earned by playing on Asura servers. You can also get daily points through Supporter subscriptions or one-time donations. Check the Casino for a chance to multiply your points!

Can I use NEXUS on mobile?

Yes, NEXUS is fully responsive and works on phones and tablets. The interface automatically adapts to smaller screens.

Account

Go to Account and click “Link new account”. You’ll sign in through the official Steam portal. We only receive your public SteamID64 — we never get access to your password or private data.

Yes, you can link up to 10 Steam accounts. Switch between them using the Steam dropdown in the navigation bar.

My position isn’t showing on the map!

Check these things:

  1. Is the correct server selected in the dropdown?
  2. Is the correct Steam account selected?
  3. Do you have a Stalker tier or higher?
  4. Are you currently in-game on the selected server?

What happens if I run out of points?

Your membership is automatically downgraded to Scavenger (free tier). You’ll receive a Discord DM notification. You can resubscribe at any time once you have enough points again.

Technical

How often does data update?

Live map positions update every few seconds. The HUD widget updates in real time via WebSocket. Shop and inventory data is refreshed on each page load.

I found a bug. Where do I report it?

Report bugs on the Asura Discord in the appropriate support channel. Include screenshots and a description of what happened.
