Terms
Asura is a hobby project run by volunteers. These terms are written so the deal is clear. By using our Discord, our Evrima servers, or our companion tools (Nexus, the in-game shop, the live map), you agree to the points below.
No warranty
Everything we run is provided as-is. Servers, bots, tools, this website. We do our best to keep it up but we can’t guarantee uptime, data preservation, or that any feature stays the way it is. We can change, restrict, or remove any feature at any time.
Conduct
Be a decent person. The full rules are at /rules. The short version: respect each other, play the game not the people, one player one account, report don’t retaliate.
We can issue warnings, mute, kick, or ban for any reason we consider harmful to the community. That includes things outside the in-game context (harassment in DMs that targets Asura members, for example). Bans go through Discord ticket appeal, with no automatic right to a refund of supporter contributions for the period not yet consumed (see the EU 14-day exception below).
Asura Points and supporter tiers
Asura Points are a service feature, not a financial instrument. They have no cash value, can’t be transferred outside Asura, can’t be redeemed for currency. We can adjust the in-game economy (prices, drop rates, payouts) at any time without prior notice, although we try to announce major changes on Discord ahead of time.
You earn points passively while playing on any Asura server: 100 points per minute online, paid out once per day. You can also buy supporter tiers (Stalker, Hunter, Alpha) on our Tebex shop. Subscription tiers grant a Discord role, a daily point payout, and exclusive in-game perks for the duration of the subscription.
If you’re an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on a paid supporter tier from the day of purchase. Past that 14-day window, supporter contributions are non-refundable except where local law requires otherwise. Open a Discord ticket to request a refund within the window.
Cancellation does not immediately remove perks. Your tier stays active until the end of the current billing period. To manage or cancel a subscription, go to shop.asura-theisle.com/membership. Tebex requires the email address you used during checkout.
If you run out of points to cover the daily fee on a tier, you’re automatically downgraded to Scavenger (the free tier) and you’ll get a Discord DM about it. You can re-enable a tier any time once you have the points.
Stored dinos
When you save a dino through Nexus, we store the save file and hand it back when you ask to restore it. We can’t guarantee a save will remain restorable forever. We may purge dead servers, retire a server’s storage, or be forced to wipe due to corruption. We announce these events on Discord with at least 7 days notice when we control the timing.
If your tier expires, you can still see your stored dinos but you can’t inject new ones until you resubscribe.
Liability cap
Asura is run by volunteers, with no commercial entity behind it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to any user for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is capped at the total amount of money you’ve paid to Asura through Tebex in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 10, whichever is greater.
We aren’t liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We aren’t liable for lost in-game progress, lost dinos, lost points balance, or lost server time.
Termination
We can terminate your access to any Asura service for any reason at any time, with or without notice. Especially for rules violations, attempts to exploit the system, or chargebacks on a supporter purchase. On termination, your stored dinos and points balance are forfeit.
You can leave at any time by departing the Discord server. To delete your data, follow the process in Privacy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes and we post a #announcements notice on Discord 7 days before it takes effect.
